I really don't know who else to ask about this but this is the only page that even mentioned it. Anytime I try to use the SegaRetro skin on SegaRetro I just get an HTTP 500 error. I know you said you don't use that skin, but do you know of anyone who might be able to fix it? --TheGuyInShades (talk) 22:16, 18 July 2020 (EDT)

:Looking around a bit more it looks like you do handle the bug tracker, do you think you could maybe throw this issue in there? I really would like to be able to use the SegaRetro skin... --TheGuyInShades (talk) 19:27, 21 July 2020 (EDT)

::: Well, just from testing it on the Internet Archive it seems like it could be an issue with it refusing to load some images and scripts from the "segaretro.org/skins/common/*" and "segaretro.org/skins/SegaRetro/*" URLs. ::::: The files are there, and the permissions look good. My guess is the skin is for an older version of Mediawiki, so it broke after an update. - Hivebrain (talk) 20:09, 1 August 2020 (EDT)

Sega Saturn Magazine (JP)

What's problem of the pdf files which you re-upload? --Akiyama Akane (talk) 02:07, 1 February 2017 (CST)

For some reason, since we updated the wiki, many of your pdfs are causing errors. I don't know exactly what the problem is, but repacking the pdfs with JPEGtoPDF fixes them. What program did you use to create the pdfs originally? - Hivebrain (talk) 14:01, 1 February 2017 (CST)
Sorry for bothering you. May I help?
Because some manual/magazine are right to left books, I use the following tools when creating PDF. Both tools are Japanese freeware and can specify the binding direction of the book. -Akiyama Akane (talk) 05:19, 2 February 2017 (CST)
 • ChainLP
 • Gazou Konpou (画像梱包)
Probably best to only use JPEGtoPDF in future, since the others might produce incompatible files. I'll make a template to indicate right-to-left books which we can put on the file pages. Template:R2L or whatever. - Hivebrain (talk) 14:30, 2 February 2017 (CST)
All right, I will do so in the future.
By the way, I currently can not edit Segaretro since the update. The message appear. Fatal Error: Call To Undefined Function WfMsg() In /Home/Sonicret/Domains/Segaretro.Org/Public_html/Skins/SegaRetro/SegaRetro.Php On Line 208 by using Segaretro skin. When will the maintenance last....?--Akiyama Akane (talk) 02:25, 3 February 2017 (CST)
I don't use that skin, so I wasn't aware there was a problem. Try changing it here. - Hivebrain (talk) 12:23, 3 February 2017 (CST)
Thank you very match! I could do it. --Akiyama Akane (talk) 22:50, 3 February 2017 (CST)

SegaRetro skin

Looking around a bit more it looks like you do handle the bug tracker, do you think you could maybe throw this issue in there? I really would like to be able to use the SegaRetro skin... --TheGuyInShades (talk) 19:27, 21 July 2020 (EDT)

I know you said you wouldn't be able to fix it, but do you anyone I could talk to who might be able to look in the directory and see if it might just be it's looking into the wrong directory, or it can't load the files because of a permissions issue? --TheGuyInShades (talk) 15:14, 1 August 2020 (EDT)
