The General Commission For Audiovisual Media (الهيئة العامة للإعلام المرئي والمسموع) (GCAM) is a government organization charged with developing and regulating video games, film, TV, and all other forms of audiovisual media In Saudi Arabia. It was established on September 3 2012, but didn't start regulating games until August 15 2016.

Rating

100px 3+ rating (all ages): equivalent to ESRB's E ratings, PEGI's 3+ ratings, and OFLC's G ratings. Games with this rating include Paper Mario Color Splash , Mario Party Star Rush, and Harvest Moon : Skytree Village. The content is mild in the CERO impact levels.
100px 7+ rating : equivalent to ESRB's E ratings, PEGI's and 7+ ratings, and OFLC's PG ratings. Games with this rating include Pokemon Sun, Pokemon Moon and Dragon quest builders. The content is moderate in the CERO impact levels.
100px 12+ rating : equivalent to ESRB's E10+ rating, PEGI's 12+ rating and OFLC's PG rating. Games with this rating include Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 : Final Chapter Prologue, World Of Final Fantasy and Sega Mega Drive Classics. The content is intense in the CERO impact levels.
100px 16+ rating : equivalent to ESRB's T rating, PEGI's 16+ rating, and OFLC's MA 15 rating. Games with this rating include Torment: Tides of Numenéra. This is the strongest unrestricted CERO rating. The content is strong in the CERO impact levels.
100px 18+ rating : equivalent to ESRB's AO and M ratings, PEGI's 18+ rating and OFLC's R18+ and Refused Classification ratings. Games with this rating include Fallout 4, Just Cause 3, and Dead Rising 4. The content is extreme in the CERO impact levels and therefore off-limits to persons under 18.
