Javascript
Javascript doesn't load. Consequently, drop-down menus and collapsible boxes no longer function.

DPL sometimes produces errors. (example)
NEC Retro
Extension:Cite
Extension:Cite is missing.
CSS
The style sheets were never fully ironed out for NEC Retro - galleries have black backgrounds, and some line breaks are being ignored (example). The latter might be a template issue but it also highlights differing font sizes.
Retro CDN
Extension:Variables
Extension:Variables is missing.
All or multiple wikis
Extension:PdfHandler
PDF thumbnails on Sonic Retro, Sega Retro and Retro CDN are not resized correctly. (example)
NEC Retro uses a different version of PdfHandler, and isn't affected by this problem.
Extension:TimedMediaHandler
Thumbnails are not generated on any wiki. Database errors are produced on Sega Retro, NEC Retro and Retro CDN.
