The Valtion elokuvatarkastamo/VET, or, as it is known in Sweden, Statens Filmgranskningsbyrå/SFB is a media content rating system used in Finland (and adopted by Sweden). It once handled video games before handing over powers to the PEGI in 2003, though similar to the BBFC sometimes steps in to give a rating of its own.

Ratings

Square ratings were given to video games, circle ratings to films. On some post-PEGI occasions the VET considered some games worthy of a film rating, likely to due in-game cutscenes.

The system has been altered numerous times.
